Concourse Bookings
The Town Council allows charitable street collections to take place on the paved area in the Town Centre opposite Boots the Chemist, which is known as the Concourse.
If you are interested in carrying out a charitable street collection in this area, please contact the Town Council. Email: harpenden.town.council
You will also need to apply to St Albans City & District Council for a Charity Collection Licence and more information can be found here: https://www.stalbans.gov.uk/charity-collections
