D-DAY 80 beacon lighting

On 5 and 6 June this year, a series of major commemorations in the UK and France will honour the brave personnel who risked their lives for freedom and peace. In Harpenden we will proudly take part in the National Beacon Lighting tribute on Harpenden Common.

Everyone is welcome to the event which will take place in the triangle between the Harpenden Arms and the Bull Road roundabout on Thursday 6th June from 9pm.
