Tender for the right to sell ice cream on Harpenden Town Council land
Harpenden Town Council is seeking bids for the rights to sell ice cream at specified locations on Harpenden Town Council owned land and at our key events for the period 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029.
We have divided this trading opportunity into three packages which are set out within the tender specification. We are welcoming bids for either one, two or all three of these packages.
