Harpenden Town Council is exploring the idea of launching an electric-cargo bike (e-cargo bike) hire scheme for independent retailers in Harpenden. We value your opinions and would like to understand if this initiative is of interest.

 

E-cargo bikes help to reduce use of larger vehicles, reduce transport costs, and can be a more sustainable way to travel. We anticipate that they could be used for deliveries, collections, and other business needs within Harpenden.
